1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Snap Campaigns, an AI-powered marketing automation platform provided by Outer Limits AI LLC ("Snap Campaigns," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at www.snapcampaigns.com and all related services.

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Service. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

2.1 What Snap Campaigns Does

Snap Campaigns is an end-to-end AI-powered marketing platform that guides you from campaign setup to live advertising. For each audience you define, the Service provides:

  • Market research and audience intelligence

  • Campaign strategy using an AIDA framework

  • AI-generated landing pages, hosted by Snap Campaigns

  • AI-generated Meta ad creative (5 ads per audience)

  • Automated Meta campaign setup via the Meta Graph API (creates paused drafts)

  • Campaign reporting and status tracking

Final publishing of ads in Meta Ads Manager is performed by you. Snap Campaigns creates paused draft campaigns on your behalf and provides a direct link to Meta Ads Manager to complete the process.

2.2 AI-Generated Content

All research, strategy, copy, and creative generated by the Service is produced by AI models. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, legally compliant, or suitable for your business purposes.

2.3 Meta Integration

The Meta integration requires a valid Meta Ad Account, Meta Access Token, and Facebook Page ID. You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and ensuring your Meta account complies with Meta's advertising policies. Snap Campaigns is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Snap Campaigns. The Service is intended for business use.

You agree to provide accurate information at registration, maintain your account security, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may not create an account if you have previously been banned from the Service or if your use would violate any applicable law.

4. Billing, Credits, and Refunds

4.1 Campaign Fee

Each Audience Project (one audience-specific execution path within a campaign) requires a campaign fee at the time of launch. This fee covers:

  • All AI generation for market research, strategy, landing pages, and ad creative

  • One free AI revision at each step in the campaign workflow

Current campaign fee pricing is published at www.snapcampaigns.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice posted to that page. The campaign fee is non-refundable once AI generation has begun.

4.2 Account Balance Requirement

In addition to the campaign fee, you are required to maintain a minimum account balance before launching an Audience Project. This balance is used to cover any additional revisions you request beyond the one included free revision per step. The current minimum balance requirement is published at www.snapcampaigns.com/pricing.

Unused account balance is not refunded but remains available for future campaigns.

4.3 Additional Revision Charges

After your one free revision per step is used, additional revisions are charged from your account balance. Charges vary depending on whether the revision involves text only or text and image regeneration. Current revision rates are published at www.snapcampaigns.com/pricing. Charges are deducted automatically from your account balance when you request additional revisions.

4.4 Funding Your Account Balance

You may add funds to your account balance in increments published at www.snapcampaigns.com/pricing. Available increment options may change over time. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information.

If your account balance falls below the minimum required to proceed, you will be prompted to add funds before continuing.

4.5 Refund Policy

Account balance top-ups are non-refundable. Campaign fees are non-refundable once AI generation has commenced. We will consider refund requests for unused account balance on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at legal@outerlimits.ai with refund requests.

4.6 Stripe

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By making purchases through the Service, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/terms). We store only your payment status and Stripe customer ID — never your card details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Snap Campaigns only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Service to create advertising that is false, misleading, or violates applicable advertising laws

  • Use the Service to advertise illegal products or services

  • Attempt to circumvent billing, access restrictions, or platform limits

  • Use automated tools to abuse or scrape the Service

  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service to build a competing product

  • Use the Service in violation of Meta's advertising policies or Terms of Service

  • Share, sell, or transfer your account to another party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content and Your Responsibilities

Snap Campaigns uses AI to generate marketing content on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in advertising or publishing it publicly.

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is inappropriate for your specific business or audience.

  • You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable laws, including truth-in-advertising laws, FTC guidelines, and Meta's advertising policies.

  • We do not guarantee any particular result from campaigns created using the Service, including ad performance, leads, or revenue.

  • Landing pages hosted by Snap Campaigns are your content. You are responsible for ensuring hosted content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the campaign inputs you provide (campaign objectives, product descriptions, URLs, etc.) and of the final outputs generated for your campaigns after you approve them. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your inputs to generate campaign content on your behalf.

7.2 Our Platform

The Snap Campaigns platform, including its software, design, AI workflows, and brand, is owned by Outer Limits AI LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform.

7.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

8. Hosted Landing Pages

Snap Campaigns hosts landing pages created through the Service at a Snap Campaigns subdomain or URL. You are responsible for the content of your hosted landing pages. We reserve the right to remove any hosted page that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee uptime for hosted landing pages and make no SLA commitments. Hosting is provided as part of the Service on a best-effort basis.

9. Meta Advertising Integration

The Service creates paused draft campaigns in your Meta Ads account using the Meta Graph API. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing all campaigns before publishing in Meta Ads Manager.

  • You are responsible for your Meta advertising spend, which is billed directly by Meta and is separate from Snap Campaigns fees.

  • You must comply with Meta's advertising policies, terms of service, and community standards.

  • We are not responsible for campaign rejection, account restriction, or ad performance by Meta.

  • Meta credentials (Ad Account ID, Access Token, Page ID) are your responsibility to maintain and secure.

10. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES; (C) CAMPAIGNS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR ADVERTISING RESULT; OR (D) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTER LIMITS AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 90 DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. If those laws apply to you, some of the above may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outer Limits AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) AI-generated content you approve and use; (d) your Meta advertising campaigns; or (e) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@outerlimits.ai. Upon closure, your remaining account balance is forfeited unless we determine otherwise at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of campaign fees or account balance.

Sections 6, 7, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing a claim, please contact us at legal@outerlimits.ai to seek informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

ANY CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER IT ARISES OR IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. YOU AND SNAP CAMPAIGNS AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION.

15. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snap Campaigns. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time. You may not assign yours without our written consent.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
