1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Snap Campaigns, an AI-powered marketing automation platform provided by Outer Limits AI LLC ("Snap Campaigns," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at www.snapcampaigns.com, our application programming interface ("API"), and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on the Service. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

2.1 What Snap Campaigns Does

Snap Campaigns is an end-to-end AI-powered marketing platform that guides you from campaign setup to live advertising across multiple advertising channels. After you set your campaign goal, you choose one or more channels — Meta, Google, and/or LinkedIn — and the Service adapts each subsequent step to the channels you select. For each audience you define, the Service provides:

  • Market research and audience intelligence

  • Campaign strategy using an AIDA framework

  • AI-generated landing pages, hosted by Snap Campaigns

  • AI-generated, channel-appropriate ad creative (for example, single image and carousel for Meta and LinkedIn, responsive search ads for Google, and text ads for LinkedIn)

  • A per-channel budget plan with a recommended split across your selected channels

  • Automated campaign setup on your selected platforms via their official APIs (campaigns are created as paused drafts where the platform supports it)

  • Campaign reporting, analytics, and AI-generated performance narratives

  • Optimization recommendations and optional automated optimization ("Autopilot")

Final publishing and activation of ads in each platform's ad manager is performed by you. Snap Campaigns creates paused draft campaigns on your behalf where supported and provides links to complete the process in each platform.

2.2 AI-Generated Content

All research, strategy, copy, and creative generated by the Service is produced by AI models, which may be supplied by different third-party providers and may change over time (see our Privacy Policy). You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. We make no guarantee that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, original, legally compliant, or suitable for your business purposes.

2.3 Advertising Platform Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party advertising platforms including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. Each integration requires that you connect a valid advertising account and grant the necessary permissions (for example, a Meta Ad Account, Access Token, and Facebook Page ID; a Google Ads account; or a LinkedIn advertising account). You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and ensuring your accounts comply with each platform's advertising policies. Snap Campaigns is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc., Google LLC, or LinkedIn Corporation. Connecting an advertising account is optional until you choose to launch on that channel.

2.4 Analytics and Automated Optimization (Autopilot)

When you connect an advertising account, the Service may retrieve performance data (such as impressions, clicks, spend, and conversions) for the campaigns you create or manage through Snap Campaigns in order to provide reporting, analytics, AI-generated performance narratives, and optimization recommendations.

If you enable Autopilot, you authorize the Service to take automated optimization actions on your connected advertising accounts on your behalf — within the guardrails you configure (such as spend limits and permitted action types). You may review, approve, or disable automated actions and use the kill switch at any time. You remain responsible for all actions taken through your account, including automated actions and any resulting advertising spend.

2.5 Developer API and Webhooks

The Service offers an API and webhooks for programmatic access. You are responsible for keeping your API keys confidential and for all activity performed using your keys. We may apply rate limits, and API usage may be metered and billed according to your plan (see Section 4). We may suspend API access that we reasonably believe is abusive, insecure, or in violation of these Terms.

2.6 Team Workspaces

The Service may allow an account owner to invite additional members to a shared workspace. The account owner is responsible for managing member access and for the actions of members within the workspace. Information entered by any member may be visible to other members of the same workspace.

3. Account Registration and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use Snap Campaigns. The Service is intended for business use.

You may register using email and password or a supported single sign-on provider. You agree to provide accurate information at registration, maintain your account security, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

You may not create an account if you have previously been banned from the Service or if your use would violate any applicable law.

4. Billing, Plans, Credits, and Refunds

4.1 Plans and Campaign Fees

The Service is offered through two billing tracks, as published at www.snapcampaigns.com/pricing:

  • On Demand (pay-as-you-go): Your first campaign is free. After that, each Audience Project (one audience-specific execution path within a campaign) requires a per-campaign fee at the time of launch, funded from your account balance (see Sections 4.2 and 4.6). The fee covers AI generation for that project and a number of included free AI revisions at each step in the workflow.

  • Subscription plans (e.g., Starter, Growth, Agency): Recurring plans that may include allowances for campaigns, revisions, API usage, and other features. Subscription users are billed on a recurring basis and are not required to maintain an account balance for covered usage.

We reserve the right to change pricing and plan features at any time with notice posted to the pricing page. Campaign fees are non-refundable once AI generation has begun. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.2 Account Balance (On Demand)

For On Demand (pay-as-you-go) use, you may be required to maintain a minimum account balance before launching an Audience Project. This balance covers the per-campaign fee and any additional AI requests beyond those included. The current minimum balance requirement is published at www.snapcampaigns.com/pricing. Unused account balance is not refunded but remains available for future use.

4.3 Additional AI Requests

Each step includes a number of free AI revisions. On the On Demand plan, additional AI requests beyond those included are drawn automatically from your account balance at the rates published at www.snapcampaigns.com/pricing. Subscription plans may include their own revision allowances as described on the pricing page.

4.4 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial or free campaign allocation, subject to eligibility rules and limits published on the Service. Free trials are provided "as is," may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and content generated under a free trial may be subject to shorter retention (see our Privacy Policy).

4.5 API Usage

API usage may be metered and billed according to your plan. You are responsible for charges arising from calls made with your API keys.

4.6 Funding Your Account Balance

On Demand users may add funds to their account balance in increments published at www.snapcampaigns.com/pricing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card information.

4.7 Stripe

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By making purchases through the Service, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/terms). We store only your payment status, account balance, transaction history, and Stripe customer ID — never your card details.

4.8 Refund Policy

Account balance top-ups and subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Campaign fees are non-refundable once AI generation has commenced. We will consider refund requests for unused account balance on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at legal@outerlimits.ai with refund requests.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Snap Campaigns only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Use the Service to create advertising that is false, misleading, or violates applicable advertising laws

  • Use the Service to advertise illegal products or services

  • Collect, upload, or process personal data (including advertising leads) without a lawful basis and all required notices and consents

  • Attempt to circumvent billing, rate limits, automated-action guardrails, access restrictions, or platform limits

  • Use automated tools to abuse or scrape the Service, or share or misuse API keys

  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service to build a competing product

  • Use the Service in violation of any advertising platform's policies or Terms of Service

  • Share, sell, or transfer your account to another party

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.

6. AI-Generated Content and Your Responsibilities

Snap Campaigns uses AI to generate marketing content on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before using it in advertising or publishing it publicly.

  • AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or content that is inappropriate for your specific business or audience, and may resemble other content. Unless a provider offers a specific commercial or intellectual-property assurance, we make no representation that AI-generated images or text are free of third-party rights.

  • You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable laws, including truth-in-advertising laws, FTC guidelines, and each advertising platform's policies.

  • We do not guarantee any particular result from campaigns created using the Service, including ad performance, leads, or revenue.

  • Landing pages hosted by Snap Campaigns are your content. You are responsible for ensuring hosted content does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable laws.

7. Advertising Platforms, Spend, and Lead Data

The Service creates and manages campaigns on the advertising platforms you connect (such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn) using their official APIs and your credentials. You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for reviewing all campaigns before publishing or activating them on each platform.

  • You are responsible for your advertising spend, which is billed directly by each platform and is separate from Snap Campaigns fees.

  • You must comply with each platform's advertising policies, terms of service, and community standards.

  • We are not responsible for campaign rejection, account restriction, or ad performance by any platform.

  • Your advertising credentials and tokens are your responsibility to maintain and secure, and you may revoke our access at any time.

Lead data. If you use lead-generation features (for example, LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms), you may collect personal information from individuals who interact with your ads. As between you and Snap Campaigns, you are the controller of that lead data and are solely responsible for providing all required privacy notices, obtaining any required consents, and handling the data in compliance with applicable law. Snap Campaigns processes lead data only to deliver it to you as part of the Service.

8. Automated Optimization (Autopilot)

If you enable Autopilot, you authorize Snap Campaigns to take automated optimization actions on your connected advertising accounts within the guardrails you configure. You can review actions, require approval, set spend and action limits, and disable Autopilot at any time. You remain responsible for all automated actions and any resulting spend. We are not liable for the outcomes of automated actions taken within your configured guardrails.

9. Developer API and Webhooks

If you use the API, you are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity conducted with them. We may rate-limit, meter, bill, suspend, or revoke API access as described in these Terms and on the pricing page. Webhook deliveries are provided on a best-effort basis.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the campaign inputs you provide (campaign objectives, product descriptions, URLs, etc.) and of the final outputs generated for your campaigns after you approve them. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to use your inputs to generate campaign content on your behalf and to transmit them to the third-party AI and advertising providers used to deliver the Service.

10.2 Our Platform

The Snap Campaigns platform, including its software, design, AI workflows, and brand, is owned by Outer Limits AI LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the platform.

10.3 Feedback

If you submit feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to compensate you.

11. Hosted Landing Pages

Snap Campaigns hosts landing pages created through the Service at a Snap Campaigns subdomain or URL. You are responsible for the content of your hosted landing pages. We reserve the right to remove any hosted page that violates these Terms, applicable law, or third-party rights, with or without notice.

We do not guarantee uptime for hosted landing pages and make no SLA commitments. Hosting is provided as part of the Service on a best-effort basis.

12. Disclaimers and Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR PURPOSES; (C) CAMPAIGNS WILL ACHIEVE ANY PARTICULAR ADVERTISING RESULT; OR (D) THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTER LIMITS AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING ANY AUTOMATED OPTIMIZATION ACTIONS OR ADVERTISING SPEND.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 90 DAYS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING YOUR CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. If those laws apply to you, some of the above may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Outer Limits AI LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) AI-generated content you approve and use; (d) your advertising campaigns on any platform; (e) automated actions taken within the guardrails you configured; (f) lead data you collect, including any failure to provide required notices or obtain required consents; or (g) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

15. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at legal@outerlimits.ai. Upon closure, your remaining account balance is forfeited unless we determine otherwise at our discretion.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of campaign fees, subscription fees, or account balance.

Sections 6, 7, 10, 12, 13, 14, 16, and 17 survive termination.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Before filing a claim, please contact us at legal@outerlimits.ai to seek informal resolution. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes amicably.

ANY CLAIM MUST BE FILED WITHIN ONE YEAR AFTER IT ARISES OR IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. YOU AND SNAP CAMPAIGNS AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS ACTION.

17. General Provisions

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Snap Campaigns. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms at any time. You may not assign yours without our written consent.

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
